Master Foam is one of the leading manufacturers of Flexible Polyurethane Foam. We manufacture a wide range of memory foam, virgin foam and re-bonded polyurethane foam products that are used in our own mattresses and other products, and supplied to the bedding, furniture and related industries in South Africa and neighbouring countries. Master Foam is a privately owned level 1 BEE company and was established in 2016. Master Foam has become known in the industry as a manufacturer and convertor of foam that caters for all types of clients, small upholsterers to big manufacturers, as well as retailers and households.
We are proud to announce that we have invested in an ultra-modern foam testing laboratory, which guarantees that all products produced by Master Foam, meet superior standards and quality in respect of Density, Hardness, Tensile strength, Compression set, and Dynamic Fatigue Porosity.

VIRGIN FOAM
High-quality polyurethane foam in a variety of types and configurations for use in diverse applications
Polyurethane foam comes in a variety of density and hardness levels ranging from 10 to 45 and is a versatile material produced by the reacting of two compounds. Thanks to its versatility and comfort level it can be moulded or cut into any shape and size. Our Virgin Foam is used in the manufacture of furniture, pillows, mattresses and in many of the products we use every day.

Specialty Foam offers a wide variety of foam for every application
Memory foam is made from visco-elastic polymer, which is both soft and energy absorbent offering a comfortable sleeping surface. It is pressure sensitive and contours around pressure points of the body. The open cells of memory foam will gradually adjust to your unique body shape.
High Resilient Foam is the highest grade of polyurethane foam available and the irregular cell structure allows for exceptional load bearing capacities and affords the body the freedom to move with low energy expenditure.
